Pet Policy
- Pets may be dogs, cats, or large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds that are often let out of cages).
- Pets allowed without deposits include small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums of five (5) gallons or less. Deposits are required for large birds, such as parrots, cockatiels, sun conures, and other birds frequently let out of cages.
Pet Fees
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet at move-in, as well as a refundable $300 pet deposit per pet at move-in. These fees do not transfer from apartment to apartment.
- There is a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet. No more than two (2) pets per apartment.
Breed Restrictions include Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make a final determination as to dog breed.
